A harmonic blend of flavours and aromas in a select White Tea.
Known in China as Bai Mu Dan (white peony) the leaves and needles from the Narcissus or Chaicha tea bush are picked in a short season of a few weeks from late March to early April. Typical of White teas, this tea has a high level of antioxidants but with a milder taste than Green Tea. You will find it has more flavour than other White teas and you will savour its pale golden colour and aroma redolent of a flower garden.
